I think drinking plenty of water over the whole day is very important.

I recently had a client who runs over 15 miles per week, and she was having a problem shifting 2lbs.

I asked how much water she had been drinking - less than 1litre per day!

We upped the water to 2.5 litres per day and the 2lbs that she had been struggling with for weeks dropped off in a couple of days.</description>
