I would like to add to the list 'Eat smaller meals, more frequently throughout the day'.  Instead of aiming for the standard 3 meals of breakfast, lunch and dinner try to break them down into 5 or 6 smaller meals which you eat every 2 or 3 hours.  By eating in this way you should be able to keep your metabolism boosted and burn more fat.</description>

One tip I would add is to learn about the ingredients and decide if you really want to put that stuff in your body.</description>
