		<description>hello, i still have 15 pounds to go and the last 10 pounds it is not easy !!! i'm just trying to eat healthier and feel better , i go for a walk for 15 minutes every other day,
usually 4 days a week. and i'm trying to eat healthier since 
i love chips, sweets, pies. but i will do my best .
eat in moderation and exercise healthy works great!!!</description>

I lost 20 kgs (44lbs) a few years ago by counting calories (or kilojoules as we use in Australia). I did need to exercise as well.
The thing people have to know is that it's a lifestyle change. Even when you get to your goal weight, it is still useful to carry that kilojoule-knowledge with you. I still exercise daily, but eat a bit more. I still stick to low-kilojoule healthy foods and balance them out with some higher kilojoule foods I enjoy. It truly is about moderation.
But I have to say, the first three months are very hard. Persevere - you will get through and you will love yourself. Soon you leanr to LOVE healthy food and exercise - no joke. If I ever eat anything deep fried now I feel the oil in my pores. It's gross! But I do like chocolate, and even when dieting I could fit a daily Freddo Frog or low fat hot chocolate in. Just don;t keep a block in the fridge as it's too tempting. Also, I have never looked back on giving up butter, sugar and milk in coffee, bacon, and donuts!

		<description>Watching calories is important.  Just be careful not to let the calorie levels go too low like the Kimkins Diet.  1-2 pounds a week is a very healthy way to lose.
