		<description>I am emailing you with a hope of a response from Kavit, I am a 43 year old mother who is raising 2 girls. I exercise daily and I am constantly on the go but do not adequately nourish myself thru the day.  Specifically carbs, I have cut them from my diet entirely and just consume fruits, vegetable s and proteins.  I only eat when it hits midday as I am never hungry prior to this time.  This routine has been going on for a long time and I swim and run daily....   I get such severe cravings for sweets, and carbs, for example last evening I had my evening meal of fish, vegetables, I was still hungry so I made pancakes water based and ate them plain, however, my digestive system couldn&#039;t handle them and it took me so long to process and digest.  Can you tell me  why I get such strong cravings, another example is I am craving marshmellows and want to buy a bag, but I am preventing myself from doing this, because I know the sugar isn&#039;t good for me.  Any suggestions to curb the carbs would help alot.

		<description>Great article.  I believe that my diet is relatively healthy but I do occassionally get the odd carb craving.  It&#039;s sometimes difficult to make the healthy choice when you are craving some chips or a tasty pie but I&#039;ve learnt to deal with it.</description>
