		<description>As far as limiting fat, not all fat is bad. The body needs fat, just not saturated or hydrogenated fats. 

There is one saturated fat that is good for you, though: Coconut oil. It's a medium chain triglyceride, meaning it burns away much faster than a normal long chain triglyceride fat.</description>
