		<description>Making sure you have a glass of water (and that you actually drink from it) is important too. I think these tips are likely easier to follow if you&#039;re already doing them in general.

You actually stop liking the taste of deep friend and fatty when you don&#039;t eat it very often. And your stomach is quick to let you know it doesn&#039;t like it either :-)</description>

		<description>I would add that since portions at a restaurant are WAY over what&#039;s recommended, automatically put half of your food aside and ask for it to be doggy bagged. Eat it for another meal.</description>
