		<description>Your articles were very informative...I am on the fence about flu shots...and am a huge proponent of natural defense boosters. I am a school teacher and vigilant about cleanliness and supplementing my own immune system, for obvious reasons.  This leads me to my question about bacterial and viral transferrence and other supplemental prevention methods.  There was an organic product that was recommended to me that is produced in Puerto Rico, called PREVIN C.  It appealled to me because it could be a supplement to the vaccine and is non-invasive and is simply a barrier within the mucosa and hairs of the nostrils.  It seems to be a good measure that can supplment boosting your immune system with the foods that you listed, in addition to keeping yourself healthy.</description>
