		<description>Wow, I didn't know that the U.K. was having more difficulties with fast food (or take away) than the U.S.! Maybe that's the reason that the BBC America show "You Are What You Eat" is on (love that show).

From my own experience, I feel 200% better by eating a diet filled with whole foods instead of the fast foods and processed foods. Whole, real food really does a body good. ;)</description>

		<description>If you don't start eating junk, you don't have to wean yourself from it. #4 came naturally to me. I grew up in a household where from-scratch food was the only thing my mother ever prepared. I could never stand the KentuckyFriedTacoBellMcWendyBurgerKingPizzaHut swill. 

I was in an akward position many years ago of working for a PR agency with the local McDonald's account. When I had to go to one of the "restaurants" for some promotion, I always make up an excuse not to accept the owner/operator's kind offer of "anything" I wanted. I'd have a soda and claim it was my third restaurant stop that day, that I was on a diet, that I had to go straight to a doctor's appointment and couldn't eat because of a blood test, etc. I figured lying was more diplomatic than gagging.
