In fact, studies have proven that these foods -- what I call Real Foods -- are quite healthy for us.</description>

		<description>I always have breakfast but it was changing my exercising to the morning that was the hardest thing for me to do. I just  LOVE staying in bed. Oh well, it took me 30 years to get out of shape, I can&#039;t get in shape in a week. I&#039;ve been at it for about 2 months now and dropped about 10 pounds. So I&#039;m going for an extra 15 now over the next 3 months.</description>
