		<description>I always have breakfast but it was changing my exercising to the morning that was the hardest thing for me to do. I just  LOVE staying in bed. Oh well, it took me 30 years to get out of shape, I can't get in shape in a week. I've been at it for about 2 months now and dropped about 10 pounds. So I'm going for an extra 15 now over the next 3 months.</description>

		<description>This is a very easy list to do on a consistent basis...just had my pint of water, well just a a US Cup. Also had breakfast, but did not go out for a walk. I really should though since it is a beauteous 60degree day...tomorrow will be freezing snowy weather.
I also woke up with the sun and I just put juice on the grocery list.</description>
