		<description>Processed foods are the main cause of the obesity, diabetes &amp; heart problems imho. They&#039;re laden with salt, transfats &amp; sugar. I restrict the processed foods to 1 time a week max. and stick to homemade meals for the rest of the week.</description>

But here&#039;s the thing, they are just as dangerous to your health because they constitute a big percentage of the arterial plaque that gradually accumulate in your arteries.
