Kavit Haria is a health enthusiast and writer. He started Wellness Junction in July 2007 to share ideas on wellness for the mind, body and soul via informative, insightful articles. As one reader put it, “our state of health is the sum total of our daily healthy habits.”

Kavit’s formal education is in bioscience and genetics. He is for the most part against the way pharmaceutical companies work. Download a complimentary copy of his ebook, “How to Live Healthily in an Unhealthy World“ to read more about his ideas.

Apart from health and genetics, Kavit is interested in personal development, motivation, success psychology, results psychology and for the last five years have been studying the work of Tony Robbins, Robert Kiyosaki and Topher Morrison.

Wellness Junction is one of Kavit’s passions and he currently works on the site in his spare time. Day-to-day, Kavit runs a number of internet-based companies. Visit his personal blog. Add him as your Facebook friend. Follow his Twitter.
